Where to buy?
The acquisition of any piece can be made directly through our website or our physical shop in Braga. If you need assistance or additional information, please feel free to contact us.
How can I be sure of the authenticity of a House Fanzeres work?
To ensure the authenticity of each work, all acquisitions must be made exclusively through our official channels. Replicas or falsifications constitute imitations of the pieces of Casa Fânzeres, and may present inferior quality and lack the details and sublimitity that characterize the authentic works of our workshop.
How do I know my play was carved in the Fanzeres House?
The pieces of Casa Fânzeres are manufactured with high quality materials and specialized labor, being easily recognizable for their excellence and attention to detail. All works carved in Casa Fânzeres present this identification at the base by stamping and/or manual painting. Each piece is accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity.
If you wish to certify a previously acquired work, just send us some photographs along with the purchase information of the piece. This request must be sent directly to the email geral@casafanzeres.pt .

Where are the works of Casa Fânzeres manufactured?
All the pieces of Casa Fânzeres are fully produced in our workshop in Fânzeres (Portugal). In addition to the continuous improvement of raw materials and applied techniques, we have assumed as our mission the constant demand for more sustainable manufacturing processes resulting in products with less environmental impact. The wood used comes exclusively from forests managed in a responsible and sustainable manner, ensuring the preservation of natural resources and biodiversity.
What are custom items?
Custom-produced items are designed only after confirmation of the order. After the order is made, a professional from Casa Fânzeres will contact you to validate all the details and confirm their payment. In this way, the work will be uniquely carved and customized for you.
When purchasing parts available only to order, you can choose the initial payment of 30% of the total value, using the promotional code ASF30 at checkout. The remaining amount will be settled later, through a payment request sent directly by our professionals, only when your work is completed and ready for dispatch. The shipment will be made only after confirmation of the full settlement of the order value.
Can I personalize my order?
Personalization of each model is possible through prior approval by a professional from Casa Fânzeres. Thus, if you wish to request changes in the sculpture or painting of a specific model, we recommend that the request be made before the order is made. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in the application of an additional rate, variable according to the intended changes.
Applications and Payment
How can I follow my request?
After placing an order through our website, you will receive confirmation of your order as well as an indication of the estimated delivery time.
The parts of House Fanzeres have, as a rule, an estimated delivery period of 6 to 10 weeks. However, inevitable delays may occur due to the need for longer drying of wood due to variations in temperature and humidity associated with climate change. Likewise, in festive times or periods of greater workload in the workshop, the completion of the pieces may be delayed. In such cases, the customer will always be informed in advance at the time of the order.
The management and monitoring of your order will be ensured by one of our professionals, who will be in charge of communicating at all stages of the process. Once your piece is finished in wood, we will send photographs so you can accompany the development of the work and visualize your work before painting. The same procedure will be followed at the time of the complete completion of the work, prior to its dispatch.
What's the shipping value?
All Sculptures purchased directly from Casa Fânzeres benefit from free shipping, so no extra fee is added to the order amount.
If you want to add Accessories or Religious Articles to order from your Sculpture, you can apply the discount coupon ASF.SHIPPING in the shopping cart, thus benefiting from free shipping.
This coupon is valid exclusively in the acquisition of one or more Sculptures, not applicable to other articles such as Liturgical Furniture or Liturgical Objects
In the case of Accessories, Religious Articles, Liturgical Furniture and Liturgical Objects, the shipment is charged separately and the values are determined according to the final destination.

As soon as your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details regarding the delivery. Casa Fânzeres pays special attention to each stage of the process, ensuring that its work arrives in perfect conditions; however, we do not take responsibility for unforeseen delays that are beyond our control.
All requests are processed from Monday to Friday, except on holidays (1 January; 21 February; 7, 9 and 25 April; 1 May; 8, 10 and 24 June; 15 August; 5 October; 1 November; 1, 8 and 25 December) and during the workshop holiday. The deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9am and 6pm, requiring the signature of an adult at the time of reception, thus ensuring the safety and integrity of your order.
How can I track my shipment?
Casa Fânzeres makes shipments worldwide in partnership with reliable carriers, including CorreoExpress, FedEx, DHL Abreu and CTT. Once your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive by e-mail all information regarding the shipment. The screening may be carried out directly on the website of the associated carrier, using the shipping code that will be provided to you.
For international orders, it may be necessary for the carrier to contact the recipient directly, including for the submission of additional documentation required by the customs authorities of the country of destination. This procedure ensures the correct and safe release of your order, maintaining the integrity and care we dedicate to each piece.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change any delivery information after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Upon delivery of the information to the responsible carrier, no changes will be possible, including modification of the delivery address, thus ensuring the safety of your order.
Is a signature required for the delivery of my order?
For safety reasons, an adult is required to sign at the time of delivery.
VAT is included in the final price and how can I claim the refund of VAT?
All prices indicated include VAT. However, it is not possible to refund taxes for purchases made through the website casafanzeres. en
How can I cancel my order?
