The Purchase of a Work from Casa Fânzeres
Where to buy?
Any item can be purchased directly from our website or at our physical store in Braga. If you need help or any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I be sure of the authenticity of a work by Casa Fânzeres?
Any work must be purchased directly through our official channels to ensure its authenticity. Counterfeit replicas are imitations of Casa Fânzeres works that aim to deceive consumers and may be of low quality, lacking the detail and sublimity that characterize authentic Casa Fânzeres pieces.
How do I know if my piece was sculpted at Casa Fânzeres?
Casa Fânzeres pieces are manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship, making them easily recognizable for their excellent detailing. All works sculpted at Casa Fânzeres have this indication on the base in the form of a stamp and/or hand-painted. Despite being recent, all pieces purchased at Casa Fânzeres are currently accompanied by their respective Certificate of Authenticity.
If you have a work of art that you would like to certify, simply send us some photographs and the purchase information for your piece. This request should be made directly to our email geral@casafanzeres.pt.

Where are Casa Fânzeres' works manufactured?
Casa Fânzeres pieces are made entirely in the atelier (Fânzeres, Portugal). In addition to focusing on constantly improving the raw materials and techniques used, our mission is to find more sustainable manufacturing processes that create products with less impact on the environment. The wood used comes from sustainably managed forests, preserving their resources and biodiversity.
What are made-to-order items?
Made-to-order items are custom-made only after an order has been placed. Once the order has been placed, a Casa Fânzeres professional will contact you to confirm the order details and payment. This way, the work will be sculpted exclusively for you.
When ordering a piece that is only available to order, you have the option of paying only 30% of the amount by using the code “ASF30” in the “promotional code” option at the time of payment. When choosing this option, the remaining payment will be made through a payment request sent directly by our professionals, only when your work is completed and ready to be sent to you. The work will only be sent after confirmation of payment of the total amount of the order.
Can I customize my order?
The personalization of each model is possible upon prior approval by a Casa Fânzeres professional. Therefore, if you wish to make changes to the sculpture or painting of a specific model, we recommend that this request is always made before placing the order. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in an additional fee for your order.

Orders and Payment
How can I track my order?
After placing an order through our website, you will receive confirmation of your order and the estimated delivery time.
Casa Fânzeres pieces always have an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks. However, there may be unavoidable delays that require longer drying time for the wood, due to changes in temperature and humidity resulting from climate change.
Your order will be managed and monitored by one of Casa Fânzeres’ professionals, who will be responsible for informing you of the stages of your order. As soon as your piece is finished in wood, we will send you photographs not only so that you can track your order, but also so that you can see your work before it is painted. The same will happen when your work is finished and ready to be sent to you.
How much does shipping cost?
All the Sculptures purchased directly from Casa Fânzeres have Free Shipping and therefore no additional fees will be added to the value of your order.
If you wish to add Accessories or Religious Items to your Sculpture order, apply the discount coupon ” ASF.SHIPPING ” in the shopping cart to be eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
This coupon is only valid for the purchase of one or more Sculptures, it is not applicable to other items such as Liturgical Furniture or Liturgical Objects.
In the case of Accessories and Religious Articles purchased individually and from Liturgical Furniture and Liturgical Objects, shipping is charged separately and the amounts differ depending on the final destination:

The articles of “Liturgical Furniture”, including “Andores”, which are mostly custom-made, are not included in any of the previous options. The shipping cost will have to be budgeted later and varies depending on the final destination. In this specific case, we always advise you to contact us before placing your order so that we can quote the shipping cost in advance. If you place your order without considering this value, you will be contacted by a Casa Fânzeres professional to inform you of the shipping cost to the delivery address you provide in the order details.
Any customs costs that may arise at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient, as legislation differs from country to country. This tax is not accounted for by Casa Fânzeres, but rather by the customs services of each country.
What are the available shipping times?
Whether parts are available for immediate delivery or only available to order, the delivery time is estimated from the day the item is shipped. Delivery times vary between:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with full delivery details once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Casa Fânzeres is not responsible for any unforeseen delays beyond Casa Fânzeres’ control.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (January 1; February 21; April 7, 9, and 25; May 1; June 8, 10, and 24; August 15; October 5; November 1; December 1, 8, and 25) and the studio's vacation period. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
How can I track my shipment?
Casa Fânzeres sends orders worldwide in partnership with the following carriers: Correio Express, TNT / Fedex, Torrestir, DHL and CTT. As soon as your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive all the information regarding your shipment in the email associated with your order. Your order will be tracked directly on the website of the associated carrier, using the shipping code that appears in the information sent to you.
Since the responsible carrier will have your delivery details, it is expected that you will need to be contacted directly by the carrier. This contact may be made when some type of additional documentation is required for the release of your order from customs in your country.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your shipping information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including the shipping address, cannot be changed once it has been given to the shipping carrier responsible for your shipment.
Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Is VAT included in the final price and how can I claim a VAT refund?
All prices include VAT. However, we cannot provide tax refunds for purchases made in casafanzeres.pt.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted.
If your order has not yet been shipped, since each piece is unique, if you do not like the result of your piece because there are differences with the original photographs of what you ordered, Casa Fânzeres will refund the amount paid in full.
